What we are talking about is the Ostrich Festival that is held in Arizona every year. In it, you will see people riding ostriches, the biggest birds, in much the same way that people ride horses. In fact, these riders race the ostriches in the same way that jockeys race horses. But, that’s not all, the ostriches also tug along wagons or carts that are tied behind them, just like horses.
