Gangs need a written constitution to be considered a ‘gang’. Otherwise in the prison system they are ‘Security Threat Groups”. A lot of the facts here are wrong.

Crips, Its main rival gang is Blood that was formed in 1972. Inside the prison system there is truce and alliance between these groups to fight against the other existing prison gangs. WTF are you talking about man know your shit before you publish it

These are definitely not just prison gangs or gangs from just LA anymore. I have traveled a lot in a lifetime and have seen many of these gangs all over the place. to start with all over New York (more kept under wraps by bigger fish so to say) Chicago Illinois, through out New Jersey, Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, Kansas City Missouri,a few areas in Georgia, Birmingham Alabama, through Texas, all over California, all over Washington, several places in Oregon and that is just to start, in places that I have seen it.
The worst that is not even given a mention until the comments, in my eyes are the satanic cults that are getting away with it in many areas due to these so called Justice Systems in our society. Setting them free under religious sects that they have the right to practice their religion??? This has happening and was well publicized hugely since the late 1960′s growing at enormous rates as well as the public awareness since the 1970′s.
Christians can’t even practice their religion without severe recourse and consequences yet these cults hold a higher standing in the judicial systems eyes religiously. Has every one in a place of a bit of powerful standing lost their flipping heads.
WTF people. These cults practice all kinds of human sacrifices and sickening sexual rituals to includes under aged children all the way down to a little baby. Inhumane tortures on people, boiling peoples skin off of their bodies and letting some of them live for days just to be a continued source of morbid sick twisted entertainment for these cult members, amongst an array of assorted other things that would make a maggots skin crawl.
Before you say it does not happen further educate yourself if you can handle reading through the the morbidity.
I’m sure that all of these gangs, and many more unmentioned to us as a community, yet known to gang task forces nationwide, are a whole lot more widespread than most of the world even knows about or is willing to admit.

The Bloods, Crips & MS-13 aren’t “Prison Gangs”. These are street gangs from L.A.& I really don’t see what’s so wacky about these gangs. It’s very easy to call these gangs wacky when you don’t have to worry about getting shanked.
