World Strangest Caves and Tunnels

Ever since visiting the colossal limestone strata of the Blue John Caves in Derbyshire as a kid, i have been fascinated by tunnels and caverns. Then living in London most of my adult life the old abandoned tube stations absorbed my imagination, and a friend of mine who worked in the Pizza Hut at Marble Arch showed me the subterranean street that lay three stories down beneath the restaurant.

Guest Post: Geordie is an active blogger and has been guest blogging for a number of travel related websites. The idea was to visit these superb tunnels via the tunnel from Dover to Calais, just for the small cost of the channel tunnel prices.
